The unique wedge-shaped blades are the optimum geometry for stability and ease of cutting. The precision single-piece Sigmaforge blades feature a new curved bolster for safer handling and better control. Easy-care, no-slip ergonomic handles are processed without joints and seams for ultimate comfort even with extended use. Each knife features the best-possible hardness of approximately 57 Rockwell and extra-fine honing of the cutting edge. The curved blades are great for daily use and optimized for perfect cutting with a rolling/sliding motion. The flowing transition to the blade over a generously curved hand guard lends a safe and firm support to the thumb when in use.
