The Arcos palisandro 6 pcs set includes: 4-inch vegetable knife, 8-inch chefs knife, 8-inch bread knife, 6-inch utility knife, 5-inch boning and 5 slot walnut block. The blade is made of Nitrum stainless steel, exclusive Arcos registered stainless steel ensuring high cutting power and long edge retention. The handle is made of Palisandro natural wood with a perfect finish, smooth but ergonomic and slip resistant. Palisandro natural wood is used to manufacture marine decks and other boat parts due to its hardness and water resistant properties. Rivets are made of stainless steel alloy ensuring extremely high corrosion resistance.Originally Arcos produced knives exclusively for the professional.
