The Arcos Kyoto 6-Piece knife block set includes the following: 5-Inch vegetable knife, 6-1/2-Inch serrated kitchen knife, 8-Inch granton edge chef knife, 10-Inch granton edge flexible slicing knife, 8-Inch kitchen scissors and 5 slot Beachwood block. The Kyoto Arcos knives features an ergonomic design, minimalist lines and superior strength coupled with the exclusivity of its double-edged blade. The Arcos Kyoto series is forged from a single piece of hardened and tempered high-carbon stainless steel. The strength of the handle and its novel design combined with the color of the metal with its contrasting black, gives this model a touch of class an elegance. Manufactured from forged stainless steel and polyoxymethylene (POM) these knives have a beautiful finish, are detergent resistant and have a high tolerance to wear and tear as well as resistance to high and low temperatures.
