This set has the perfect assortment for outfitting a vacation rental property with all the kitchen accessories most vacationing cooks would require--and at a reasonable price. First, a stainless-steel utensil holder comes filled with nine essential stovetop utensils--a serving spoon, a slotted spoon, a skimmer, a spaghetti server, a soup ladle, a small slotted spatula, a large slotted spatula, a slotted turner, and a serving fork. All utensils are made of a durable plastic that is heat-safe up to 210 degrees Celsius and safe for use on nonstick and stainless-steel cookware surfaces. For baking, this kit packs a set of four stainless-steel graduated measuring cups in 1/4, -1/2-, 3/4-, and 1-cup sizes and stainless-steel measuring spoons in sizes of -, -, and 1 teaspoon and 1 tablespoon. Finally, this kit includes a 20-piece knife set from Sabatiers Precision line of knives. The set includes an 8-inch chefs knife, an 8-inch bread knife, an 8-inch slicer, an 8-inch filleting knife, a 6-inch boning knife, a 6-inch cleaver, a 5-inch utility knife, a 3-1/2-inch parer, eight 5-1/2-inch steak knives, a 6-inch fork, kitchen shears, and a sharpening steel to keep edges honed. All pieces fit in the accompanying 19-slot wooden knife block.

Made in China, Precision knives are more affordable than some of Sabatiers other French-made knives; however, the same care is taken to ensure quality craftsmanship. The blades are made of high-carbon stainless steel that are hollow-ground for easier sharpening and edge retention. Full tangs provide excellent balance when cutting and are triple-riveted to the germ-resistant polymer handle.
