The Schmidt Brothers Cutlery Forge knife offers the same kitchen experience as professional grade cutlery, but with a lighter weight design. Blades are created using the finest 100% German stainless steel, and then paired with an exotic Acacia wood handle. Between the handle and the blade lies the patented Schmidt Brothers Curve, so your forefinger can guide the blade with greater precision and control. Each knife in this 16 piece set has a 3 rivet design, and full tang handle. Set includes 8 inch Chef, 7.5 inch Santoku, 8 inch Slicer, 8 inch Bread, 6 inch Boning, 6.5 inch Tomato/Bagel, 5 inch Utility, 3.5 inch Paring, and six 4.5 inch Steak knives. Also included is a sharpening stone, and magnetized acrylic Urban Block.
