Set includes: (8-inch) chef's knife, (8-inch) bread knife, (8-inch) carving knife, (6-inch) boning knife 'flexible', (4 3/4-inch) utlity knife, (2 3/4-inch) peeling knife, (2 1/4-inch) carving fork, (8-inch) sharpener, (9 1/4-inch) utility shears, (11 1/2 x 7-inch by 6 1/2-inch) chopping board, and (11 1/2-inch by 7-inch by 6 1/2-inch) knife block - The Auriga knife block has a knife for each cooking job. The knives are forged from high-quality stainless steel and thanks to the ergonomic design they are well-balanced and safe. A cutting board that can be conviently stored on the knife block itself and a ceramic sharpener complete the set. The matted finish adds a refined look to the set. A forged bolster is featured for added weight, perfect balance and increased safety.
