The Arcos Universal 6-Piece knife block set includes the following: 4-Inch paring knife, 7-Inch kitchen knife, 8-Inch chef knife, 8-Inch bread knife, 10-Inch flexible granton edge slicing Spanish ham knife and 5-slot Beachwood block which serves as cutting board as well. The blade is made from Martensitic stainless steel with added Molybdenum and Vanadium which provides high strength. Rust and stain resistant. Exclusive, high usable and lasting NITRUM stainless steel. Made for everyday use without sacrificing design, the ergonomic, slip-resistant, handle provides a firm and comfortable grip. The handle scales are made of polyoxymethylene (POM) and are highly resistant to impact, abrasion and solvents. Rivets are made of a special aluminum alloy ensuring extremely high corrosion resistance. Originally Arcos produced knives exclusively for the professional.
