The Kershaw Precision Forged Stainless Steel 8 piece block set features our Precision Forged Paring Knife, Utility Knife, Tomato Knife, 6 inch Chef's Knife, Honing Steel, Kitchen Shears and Knife Block. And all our Precision Forged Stainless Steel Knives feature German-style drop-forged construction. Made with 1.4116 high-carbon, German stainless steel, these Kershaw knives feature superior edge retention. Each knife features a 54-56 Rockwell Hardness rating, and each blade is honed to an incredibly sharp edge. With full-tang, fully riveted construction and POM handles with net-finish, you are guaranteed a knife that is not only well, constructed, but beautiful as well. Dishwasher safe, hand washing recommended.
