Slice, dice and cut with ease using this amazing 13 piece set, which includes the Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich series Santoku knife, utility knife, paring knife, 17-slot block, 8 beefy steak knives and a Proteak rectangular cutting board. This astonishing set also has bonus ERGO Chef 9" Duo Tongs included with purchase ($16.99 value). The blades are made from German Carbon Stainless Steel (X50 CRMOV15). The overall dimensions for the Santoku and utility knives are 9.5" L. The overall dimensions for the paring knife are 8" L and the steak knives are 8.5" L. The handles are made from ABS Plastic (Acrylonitrile, Butadiene, Styrene). The blade dimensions for the Santoku and utility knives are 5.5" L. The blade dimensions for the paring knife are 4" L and the steak knives are 4.5" L. The handle dimensions for all knives are 4" L. Hand wash and towel dry these knives.
