Designed for the aspiring hobby chef, the Professional S series provides the excellence expected from Zwilling J.A. Henckels, the upscale partner of Henckels International. The Professional S series blends traditional handles with precision-honed state-of-the-art blades. This 10-piece set includes a 2-3/4-inch paring/boning knife, a 3-inch paring knife, a 5-inch serrated utility knife, a 5-1/2-inch boning knife, a 5-inch hollow-edge santoku, a 6-inch utility knife, and an 8-inch chef's knife. A 9-inch sharpening steel keeps their edges in order, and a pair of kitchen shears to snip herbs, flowers, or string is also included. Everything stores neatly in the natural hardwood block.

Professional S knives are superbly constructed of premium German high-carbon, no-stain steel. The blades are Friodur ice hardened for increased ability to hold an edge and take resharpening. Classically styled handles feature the strength of a full tang and triple rivets, while an enhanced bolster adds to the balance.
