Product Description
While other knives use scallops to give you a partial non-stick blade, Schmidt Brothers Cutlery took the finest 100% German stainless steel and rock blasted it to create a fully non-stick surface. What also rocks is its modern design and the patented Schmidt Brothers Curve, so your forefinger can guide the blade with greater precision and control. Each knife in this 15 piece set has a 3 rivet design, and full tang handle. Set includes 9 inch Bread, 8 inch Chef, 7.5 inch Santoku, 6 inch Boning, 6 inch Tomato/Bagel, 5 inch Utility, 3.5 inch Paring, and six 5 inch Steak knives. Also included is a sharpening stone, and Hometown Block knife storage system. All slots in this block are universal, fitting up to 24 knives of any size. This space saving block also includes magnetized slots and sides for easy knife placement.
